Welcome to channel0! By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Products

  • Grillz Studio: All grillz are custom-made and require an in-person mold-taking appointment.

  • Merchandise: We sell clothing and accessories (new and vintage) through our online store and/or in person.

  • Custom grillz are not intended to replace or act as dental devices — they are for aesthetic purposes only.

 

2. Appointments

  • First appointment: mold taking, design discussion, and price agreement.

  • Second appointment: fitting, adjustments, and payment.

  • Production time is normally ~1–1.5 weeks but may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances — we will inform you of any delays.

 

3. Payments

  • We accept paypal, flik, cash.

  • For grillz: Full payment is due at the second appointment, once the fitting is complete.

  • For merchandise: Payment is required at checkout (online).

 

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Grillz: Because they are custom-made, all sales are final — no returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Merchandise: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with tags attached (excluding vintage items sold “as is”).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

 

5. Shipping

  • We process and ship orders according to our Shipping Policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on our website and social media belong to channel0 and cannot be used without permission.

 

7. Liability

  • Grillz should be worn responsibly and removed before eating or sleeping.

  • We are not liable for damage to teeth, gums, or mouth from improper use.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions to materials — please inform us in advance of any known sensitivities.

 

8. Privacy

We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
