We want you to love your purchase and experience with us. This policy explains when refunds, exchanges, or returns are available.

1. Grillz (Custom Work)

All grillz are custom-made for each customer and cannot be resold.

No refunds or returns are available once the mold has been taken and production has begun.

If there is a manufacturing defect or fitting issue, we will work with you to make adjustments at no additional charge.

If adjustments are not possible, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
2. Merchandise – New Clothing & Accessories

Returns and refunds are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Merchandise – Vintage Clothing

All vintage items are sold “as is” and are final sale.

Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, as signs of wear are part of the item’s character.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return

Email us at info.channel0.space@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and the reason for your request.

We will review your request within 3 business days and provide return instructions if eligible.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
