Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase and experience with us. This policy explains when refunds, exchanges, or returns are available.

1. Grillz (Custom Work)

  • All grillz are custom-made for each customer and cannot be resold.

  • No refunds or returns are available once the mold has been taken and production has begun.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or fitting issue, we will work with you to make adjustments at no additional charge.

  • If adjustments are not possible, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.

 

2. Merchandise – New Clothing & Accessories

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

3. Merchandise – Vintage Clothing

  • All vintage items are sold “as is” and are final sale.

  • Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, as signs of wear are part of the item’s character.

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Email us at info.channel0.space@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and the reason for your request.

  • We will review your request within 3 business days and provide return instructions if eligible.

 

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
